Release 10.4 is around the corner. In an effort to catch any issues early, we did publish  debian and rpm packages in a new channel called “frr-rc” that is available at

   deb.frrouing.org 

and 

   rpm.frrouting.org

10.4.0-rc1 release candidate notes are available  at:
