Remembering the discussion from issue https://github.com/FRRouting/frr/issues/5520, were the needed fixes done to the version provided by deb.frrouting.org? Is it safe to use it?

If I'm not mistaken, our current releases use libyang 0.16, and won't work with 1.x. libyang has frequent ABI changes, you need to use the version we explicitly depend on.
