Yes, I think Linux v4.3 is the bare minimum if you need to use the VRF-Lite feature. One workaround would be to use Network Namespaces as VRFs, like Quagga does. One question about BGP multi-routing instance. One of my engineer who is helping the POC of FRR just told me that he cannot bring up BGP multi-routing instance (as he tried according to configuration guide).
The problem seems that the Linux kernel we have is of version of 3.10.88 CentOS.
Can someone confirm what is the Kernel versions required (4.3)? Just in case, is there any other known caveat? Or any workaround if we cannot upgrade to the required Linux version?
