I think we should run an IRV vote [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Instant-runoff_voting] Everybody writes down an ordered list of preferences, e.g. 1. Foo 2. Bar 3. Baz Only the first vote is "active". Votes are summed up and if something has 50%, it wins. If not, the choice with the fewest votes is removed, and all votes that have that choice as #1 jump to #2. Repeat. I suggest we use the data we have now to eliminate some choices, and also as a tiebreaker when a choice needs to be removed (by removing the one with the largest number of "don't like" votes first).
