[dev] PR 7660 merged but some CI check failed

Hi, The 7660 pr is just documentation but shows 1/2 check failed (Topo Test Part 0). The detail points to a commit not involved in the PR 7660 . I think that is something related to the CI jobs itself that in some way mixed jobs or commits.
