[frr] List of highlights of new features in FRR

All, as discussed in the sat technical meeting, please start adding major changes you did (or you are aware of) to the wiki: https://github.com/freerangerouting/frr/wiki/Major-Changes There is a section for Quagga -> FRR 2.0 and one for FRR 2.0 -> Master Don’t list small bug fixes, but rather major changes (and potential new RFCs supported). Think about this asa the base for a quick paragraph why someone should move to FRR or for someone who wants to know in 2 mins of what major things have changed. Regards, Martin
