[dev] FRR web site source in git

Hi all- I wanted to let you know that I've committed the web site code into the FRR GitHub project at https://github.com/FRRouting/frr-www. The Maintainers group has the ability to write the repository and myself, Donald, and Martin currently have access to the web server to enact updates. cheers, JR
