[dev] Regarding libyang on the ubuntu18.04 deb

Hello, Could it be that the deb package in deb.frrouting.org is missing the libyang package? I tried to install it and got a message libyang is missing. Furthermore, doesn't frr work with newer versions of libyang? I installed libyang 1.0.121, and the frr package is still saying libyang is missing. Thanks in advance, Tal Fuchs
