It's a pretty significant area - it'd be surprising if the discussion would fit in a single week? We also are using yang models, although in a very different way than the 6wind folks appear to be doing. But we probably agree about some of the properties that would be helpful in an frr api. -- Mark On Tue, Apr 24, 2018 at 9:36 AM, Donald Sharp <sharpd@cumulusnetworks.com> wrote:

Donald, Ok to delay the presentation for next week, so that main stakeholders will be present. In the meantime, we can discuss yang in this thread. Philippe On Tue, Apr 24, 2018 at 3:56 PM, Mark Stapp <mjs@voltanet.io> wrote:

Hi all, Yes, we can move Yang presentation to next week call. By the way, I realize that next weekly call is may 1st. People in France may not be able to reach the call, as it is a public holiday I would like to know if other people have schedule conflicts too to attend for yang presentation ? If possible, I would propose to move the meeting to next wednesday, 2nd of may. Kunihiro-san, Renato, would that be ok for you ? Tomorrow will be off for most EU countries. Do you still plan to review it tomorrow ?

Hi All, One question about BGP multi-routing instance. One of my engineer who is helping the POC of FRR just told me that he cannot bring up BGP multi-routing instance (as he tried according to configuration guide). The problem seems that the Linux kernel we have is of version of 3.10.88 CentOS. Can someone confirm what is the Kernel versions required (4.3)? Just in case, is there any other known caveat? Or any workaround if we cannot upgrade to the required Linux version? Yes, I think Linux v4.3 is the bare minimum if you need to use the VRF-Lite feature. One workaround would be to use Network Namespaces as VRFs, like Quagga does. Hi Donald, all, Zebra/FRR get interface states from kernel. In our current system, interface is outside of kernel. For integration of FRR, what is Linux kernel interface capacity?
