FRR build system "workshop"
Hi FRR-dev, I'll be doing a session on FRR's build system, workshop-style-ish. If you're interested, please check https://xoyondo.com/dp/IBeddxPPB3cFIZG for date/time coordination. Cheers, -David

So from the poll, there is no "great" date & time but several "good" ones, so I'm freezing it at this time for: Friday 25th, 14:00 UTC (earliest voting option) which should be: 06:00 PST [America/Los_Angeles] 09:00 EST [America/New_York] 12:00 BRST [Brazil/East] 15:00 CET [Europe/Berlin] 19:30 IST [Asia/Kolkata] 23:00 JST [Asia/Tokyo] Since this is intended to be relatively interactive and workshop-ish, I'd appreciate if people could think of questions/topics/problems. I will definitely be asking what aspects & pieces people are interested in & we'll let it be driven by that. I guess I'll do some rough intro, but I do expect that you have at least looked at some of the FRR build files :) Cheers, -David
P.S.: I'll record the session and upload it somewhere (youtube or whatever.) On Wed, Jan 23, 2019 at 10:44:26PM +0100, David Lamparter wrote:

I haven't actually figured where to host this yet. I'd like to avoid the normal Bluejeans since for some reason it randomly terminates my screenshares every few when I use it... Please check back here on the mailing list, I'll have something figured at least a few hours before it starts. Cheers, -David
Going to use jit.si for this one: https://meet.jit.si/frr-workshop Will be there ~30 min ahead of start to squash any technical issues. Cheers, -David On Thu, Jan 24, 2019 at 07:23:22PM +0100, David Lamparter wrote:

We did record it, but the A/V sync is totally borked, so it’s pretty much unwatchable. Sorry about that. Quentin
