The snmp loadable module support has a couple of issues. If you are attempting to build and do *not* have the snmp build libraries installed it will fail. Also these snmp changes really would like a `make distclean`...... to make them happy.

As such you have 2 choices right now:

1) Install the needed library 2) Wait an hour or so, till David and I get the fix for this in place.
