You need to refresh your keys by doing:

curl -s https://deb.frrouting.org/frr/keys.asc | sudo apt-key add -

see  https://deb.frrouting.org/

I try to install FRR on ubuntu server and it works pretty well after install.

Now when I issue apt update command:
