Alessio - <for the future can you subscribe yourself to the frog alias? I need to approve all of your posts> You are correct for whatever reason there is no current way to turn this off without a FRR restart! I just submitted a PR to address this: https://github.com/FRRouting/frr/pull/3581 In the meantime, if you don't want to wait, remove this line from your frr.conf and restart. donald On Tue, Jan 8, 2019 at 4:46 AM alessio.leonarduzzi@gmail.com <alessio.leonarduzzi@gmail.com> wrote:

you have `log commands` enabled and additionally you have watchfrr running and having it ping every 5 seconds. You can increase the interval, turn off the `log commands` command or modify FRR to not record the echo command to the log file.
