I have a fresh build of frr github; when I run zebra, ospfd, I get the following error

# zebra -d
2018/05/04 17:15:17 errors: ZEBRA: NS initialization failure 2(No such file or directory)
2018/05/04 17:15:17 warnings: ZEBRA: Disabling MPLS support (no kernel support)

# ospfd -d
2018/05/04 17:15:30 errors: OSPF: NS initialization failure 2(No such file or directory)

1) What is the error "NS initialization failure 2(No such file or directory)"

2) How to enable MPLS support in the kernel

3) Is there start up script for frr like the one available for quagga as quagga.init (https://github.com/openembedded/meta-openembedded/blob/master/meta-networking/recipes-protocols/quagga/files/quagga.init)
