[dev] fpm on FreeBSD

I was in the process of migrating a few quagga sites to frr and noticed
that the default build suggests enabling fpm on frr. As far as I can
tell, fpm is disabled on quagga. If I disable fpm from the build, zebra
automatically installs the fpm configuration line in zebra.conf (fpm
connection ip 0.0.0.0 port 0) at the first write conf. There does not
seem to be a way to do a
no fpm
either from the cli

Upon restart

0(backuprouter)# ./zebra -d
*** Error reading config: There is no such command.
*** Error occured processing line 27, below:
fpm connection ip 0.0.0.0 port 0

0(backuprouter)#

First off, should I enable fpm on stock FreeBSD ? If I disable it, how
do I work around the fpm config issue. Zebra does start up fine, it
just complains at startup

Secondly, any other tips / suggestions beyond
doc/Building_FRR_on_FreeBSD11 ?
