Just to keep track of who is nominated, if you want to nominate someone 
add it to the list and pass it along. Not sure if the second column is 
important but I added it for reference. I am adding Martin to the list 
as he has been one of the most focal voices for FRR in addition to his 
various contributions to testing, packaging and more.
