When you do "sh ip bgp neighbors 10.3.0.254 advertised-routes" that shows
you a list of all of the prefixes that were advertised to 10.3.0.254 but it
doesn't show you the exact attributes that we sent.  This is pretty
standard for most implementations because it would take a lot of state to
store the exact attributes that we sent for every prefix for every neighbor.
