[frr] List of highlights of new features in FRR

as discussed in the sat technical meeting, please start adding major changes
you did (or you are aware of) to the wiki:
	https://github.com/freerangerouting/frr/wiki/Major-Changes

There is a section for Quagga -> FRR 2.0 and one for FRR 2.0 -> Master

Don’t list small bug fixes, but rather major changes (and potential new
RFCs supported). Think about this asa the base for a quick paragraph
why someone should move to FRR or for someone who wants to know in
2 mins of what major things have changed.
