[frr] FRR logo poll

AFAICT, it seems like both have been decided (per this thread and Donald's
r.e. the domain name poll).  I should have the artwork from the designer in
the next day or two, and I can email to you directly.  Once the website is
done, we can put all of the artwork files in that git repository so that
everyone has easy access.
