[dev] Route map filtering in OSPF

Hi,

I have a query regarding FRR for route map filtering we have:

*distribute-list access-list-name out *

Does this mean there is no inbound route filtering?
Does distribute-list apply only for access-lists or can also be for
route-maps that are configured?
