[dev] Today's Technical Meeting Agenda

It's a pretty significant area - it'd be surprising if the discussion would
fit in a single week? We also are using yang models, although in a very
different way than the 6wind folks appear to be doing. But we probably
agree about some of the properties that would be helpful in an frr api.
