[dev] AT&T to Release “dNOS” Software Framework Into Open Source to Accelerate Network White Box Adoption

They currently use a proprietary routing suite (a mash up of a commercial
product and internal AT&T developments).  They are in process of switching
to FRR as part of their open sourcing effort!
