[dev] BFDD file not present in FRR

Mayank,

FRR 5.0 doesn’t support BFD yet.
But I’m not sure why you see bfd files in the codebase.

Can you give me an output of “zebra -v”

6.0 supports BFD and was just tagged today. There are no packages published
(yet - they are still building and testing), but that should work fine
with BFD.

Also, be aware that BFD is not supported on all platforms.
Specially some older platforms won’t support it. What OS/Distro are
you using?

Regards,
   Martin Winter
