[dev] BFDD file not present in FRR

Hi,

  Just to clarify. I can see bfdd file getting created
root at frr-ppod4-0:/usr/lib/frr# ls -lrt /usr/lib/frr/bfdd
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 353312 Oct  9 15:16 /usr/lib/frr/bfdd

We are yet to confirm working of bfdd.
