[dev] FRRouting Docker Hub Account

Hello,

apparently, in April 2017 somebody has created an FRRouting account on
Dockerhub. This account appears unused, at least there are no public images.

Is there anybody here with control over this account? I would like to
discuss publishing images there.

Also, I think it would be useful to manage that namespace not with a
single account but with an organization, similar to the way it is
structured at github.
