[dev] Reminder/Warning: weekly call might be earlier/later in some timezones due to DST

Hi all,


just a heads-up/reminder/warning:  since some countries move out/in to
daylight savings time, and the date and direction differs between
countries.  So, the weekly meeting might be at a different local time
for some of us.  (e.g.: it's an hour earlier this week for everyone in
the EU.)

For today: it's in 20 minutes!
