FRR interface config mode errors seen

Hi All,
    In FRR 7.2,  I am seeing interface command Failures as below.   This is happening randomly.  Once system goes in to this state,  failure happens for all interfaces.
    Is this a known issue ?  Is there any fix for this ?


dut4(config)# interface Vlan2
% Configuration failed: validation error.
Please check the logs for more details.
dut4(config)# interface Ethernet0
% Configuration failed: validation error.
Please check the logs for more details.
dut4(config)# interface Ethernet0
% Configuration failed: validation error.
Please check the logs for more details.
dut4(config)# interface Vlan2
% Configuration failed: validation error.
Please check the logs for more details.
dut4(config)#

Not much logs generated, except below.
Call to if_lookup_by_name_all_vrf(ifname) Fails leading to below error
