FRR with EVPN(L2 & L3) and SRv6

  We are doing a proof of concept utilizing FRR to integrate into a
multi-vendor SRv6 environment.  We have found challenges with locating
documentation about FRR support of EVPN and SRv6.  Hoping the dev community
can confirm or deny the capability is currently supported.  Thanks in
