[FROG] Features supported by FreeBSD?

Yes '-' means no support. This table is not currently saying it is
impossible, just that no one has taken the time to do the work yet. I'm
going to try to evolve this table to what might be possible as well. The
reality is though networking support is probably never going to be
equivalent on *BSD compared to Linux. Having said that the FRR community
would welcome any work done on *BSD's. Especially because I think it would
help us solidify our abstractions, which clearly need some work imo.
