[FROG] FRR 6.0.2 lost routes after Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS update/upgrade

Except of course you just screwed yourself in vtysh since it now has a
different set of cli.  Which can be quite different between releases.
If you are going to upgrade you should find a maintenance window.
