[FROG] Yocto Recipe for FRR

either capturing their build artifacts or writing down their steps.
FRR is complicated to build, it has a myriad of options and setup
procedures that are not necessarily easy.  I clearly remember
struggling with this at first.

Work done to get FRR working on other platforms is clearly welcomed.
I'm not sure how I can personally help out here other than I'll try to
answer questions or point you at the people whom I think can answer
your questions.
