[FROG] FRR is not announce route if non exsist the RIB

Hello, FRR 7.4 who is not announced network, if network is none from
kernel or static route is exist? Old versions is announce normal non
exist networking.

The example is no announced network 192.168.100.0/24
conf t

router bgp 1

network 192.168.100.0/24

neighbor test0 interface remote-as 2

Announce is normally:


conf t

ip route 192.168.100.0/24 null0

router bgp 1

network 192.168.100.0/24

neighbor test0 interface remote-as 2
