[FROG] How to use BMP in frr-7.2

When I type `?` in this mode, recommend me this:
```
BJ-GH-M1F203-B02-TEST-12(config-router)# bmp targets
  BMPTARGETS  Name of the BMP target group
```
So I think frr-7.2 support BMP command.

But when I really type `bmp targets BT` command, I got Errors, why?
