In this use case LDP is trying to provide LSP for IGP routes in the
RIB/FIB. That is LDPs main use case.

What do you mean exactly? It's not clear to me. LDP doesn't create LSPs for
static routes for example or routes your leardning via eBGP, it's purpose
is to provide LSPs inside your core network which are automatically
synchronised to your IGP routing table.
