[FROG] 'neighbor PEER send-community'

Hello Willy,

Pretty sure the default is to send _all_ communities to configured peers.

FRR config syntax hides some default values. E.g. the `neighbor PEER
send-community` command. Had the same experience prior, and found when
checking the neighbor status, that all communities (standard,
extended, large) are send by default.
