[FROG] FRR "overlooks" creation of kernel routes (on linux) - how to debug?

I'm glad you were able to find the `debug zebra kernel` option.

Why do we need to handle NLM_F_DUMP_INTR in normal operations?  There is no
dump commands being given except on startup
