[FROG] libyang2 and speeding up it's use

I recently upgraded to libyang2.1.55, from an early version of libyang2
from a year or so ago.  There was a huge improvement in startup times for
configs using a decent number of route maps.  I would highly recommend that
you grab this latest version and upgrade to using it if you can do so.
