[FROG] Configuring OSPF routing with not propagating docker routes

After my colleague added this line:

  network 192.168.2.48/32 area 0.0.0.0

The VM did not propagate the routes to others. My intention is not for 
any of the VM-s to become routers, but just for them to learn the routes 
for multiple gateways as I specified before.
