[dev] Need helps for for Frrouting installation

Hi,

I stumbled over the same issue. I worked aroung it with this:

adduser --system --ingroup frr --home /var/run/frr/ \
        --gecos "FRR suite" --shell /sbin/nologin frr
usermod -G frrvty frr
