[FROG] high cpu usage because of 100s of ping to ospf peers by user frr

hi,
Ty, I'd enabled the logs and will watch. I'd also posted a screenshot of
htop on link provided by you. Ping flood is so high that it consumes all 24
cores of xeon 2650.
