[FROG] BGPD error

Hello, I'm new here!
I am testing or frrouting and I am facing some problems!
The first one and what to follow, following the manual of the frrouting 
website or the BGP service not logged in to configure.
Then take an example file / var / shared / doc / .... and use it as an 
example, just as BGPD does not load the settings! So I went to the 
daemons file and put the parameter "-f /etc/frr/bgpd.conf". From there 
or bgpd loads and manages to login via telnet! The problem and what bgpd 
keeps restarting over and over!
Any tips or study documents?
