[dev] Plans regarding VRF support for EIGRP

Work clearly needs to be done to allow EIGRP to handle multiple AS's
or even VRF's.  From a quick perusal of the code we are fortunate that
some thought has already gone into this.

I am currently not aware of any work being focused in these directions
at this time, though.
