Answering my own question:

As I understand, issues were fixed in version 0.16.105-2 (
https://github.com/CESNET/libyang/releases/tag/debian%2Flibyang-0.16.105-2),
but deb.frrouting.org still distributes 0.16.105-1(
https://deb.frrouting.org/frr/pool/frr-stable/liby/libyang/).
So it's not safe to use the version from the repo. Is it possible to update
it?

Igor
