[FROG] Howe to start frrouting (or quagga) daemons?

After installing frrouting:
./configure
make
make install

created a user+group 'frr' and gave access to the state and config
files/direcotries as mentione in FRROUTING CONFIGURATION (following
./configure)

Looks like the service is not started and such '*quagga*' or '*frr*'
services don't exist.

and '*vtysh*' gives:
vtysh: error while loading shared libraries:* libfrr.so.0*: cannot open
shared object file: No such file or directory

So how to start the routing daemons?
